About Mister Spin

Reid Whatley has been in the entertainment business in the Bay Area since 1980.  After he finished higher education, he embarked on two decades of varied occupations in the music, entertainment and music technology field. 

From 1992 to 1999 he was the deejay department manager for Hornblower Cruises and Events in San Francisco and Berkeley. 

In addition to being a disc jockey, he is a drummer and bassist, band leader, vocalist, keyboardist and composer. He was the owner, producer, engineer, arranger and staff musician for a professional recording studio. In addition to entertaining, he composes in his home project studio and is a web developer.
